Pinned- Up to the Challenge!

Summer has arrived, and many a poster, pin- up photo, and redesigns are imminent. Here's the first treating!

 

 

Many of my animal characters have been receiving redesigns in obvious areas. And based on the last two comparison pictures... This piece was necessary!

 

 

Feeding Frenzy

 

The past two weeks have been odd for my sketchbook.

 

 

I attempted to redesign one of my older character designs from a year ago a week ago thanks to a dapper guy I saw on the train. Hint: redesign on the right.

 

Two minor characters I created two years ago may actually become major ones since I love drawing them!

 

I decided to draw one of my animated alter egos, Yakko Warner from the Animaniacs!

 

And lastly, I saw The Great Gatsby that made me want to study Mr. Leonardo Dicaprio.

Being All Meta With It

Being a citizen of New York City and San Francisco has its differences that few catch onto unless someone lived in either place for more than a month. In San Fran's case, 4 months living there gave me enough reason to make these 2 pieces. Enjoy!

Of Mice & Puffballs

Last year's Kirby's Pocket Monsters! started it... A very funny thing began to take shape in March when I drew out Pikachu & Kirby (the Kirbster) as detectives. In May, the very funny thing was continued in two more pictures!
